It allows two or more shutter panels to be mounted side by side, giving extra strength and maintaining the look and function of Bahama-style shading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When Do You Need a Mullion?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The need for a mullion depends on the window width. A mullion will be automatically selected for every 4 feet of span.
